Randevu Formu Aydınlatma Metni

1. Veri sorumlusu. Kişisel verileriniz, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") uyarınca veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla MARTCODE YAPAY ZEKA YAZILIM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("ONLINEKURUM") tarafından işlenir. 2. İşlenen veriler.

• Kimlik ve iletişim bilgileriniz: ad, soyad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası.
• Kurum adınız.
• Randevu bilgileriniz: seçtiğiniz hizmet, randevunun tarihi ve saati, görüşme bağlantısı.
• İşlem güvenliği bilgileriniz: IP adresiniz ve bu metni okuduğunuzu belirttiğiniz anın kaydı.
• Formun çalışması için zorunlu çerezler; ayrıntısı Çerez Politikası'nda.

3. Amaçlar.

• Randevunuzun oluşturulması, onaylanması, değiştirilmesi ve iptali.
• Randevu e-postalarının ve takvim davetinin gönderilmesi, görüntülü görüşme bağlantısının oluşturulması.
• Sunum ya da görüşmeden sonra talebinizin takibi ve teklif sürecinin yürütülmesi.
• Bilgi güvenliğinin sağlanması ve aydınlatmanın yapıldığının ispatı.

4. Toplama yöntemi ve hukuki sebepler. Verileriniz bu form aracılığıyla elektronik ortamda toplanır. KVKK'nın 5. maddesinin 2. fıkrasındaki şu sebeplere dayanılarak işlenir:

• (c) bendi: bir sözleşmenin kurulmasıyla doğrudan ilgili olması (randevu, sunum ve teklif süreci).
• (e) bendi: bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması veya korunması için zorunlu olması (işlem kayıtları).
• (f) bendi: temel hak ve özgürlüklerinize zarar vermemek kaydıyla meşru menfaatimiz (bilgi güvenliği ve talebin takibi).

Bu amaçlar için açık rızanız istenmez. Bu metni okuduğunuzu belirtmeniz bir rıza beyanı değildir.

5. Aktarım.

• Randevunuz ve görüşme bağlantısı, takvim ve görüntülü görüşme hizmeti aldığımız Google'ın (Google Workspace) sistemlerinde işlenir. Bu bir yurt dışına aktarımdır ve KVKK'nın 9. maddesindeki güvencelere uygun olarak yapılır.
• Verileriniz, Türkiye'deki barındırma sağlayıcımızın sunucularında saklanır.
• Yasal bir zorunluluk olduğunda verileriniz yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarıyla paylaşılabilir.

Bunların dışında verileriniz üçüncü kişilere aktarılmaz.

6. Saklama süresi. Verileriniz, işleme amaçlarının gerektirdiği ve mevzuatın öngördüğü süre boyunca saklanır. Bu süre sonunda silinir, yok edilir ya da anonim hale getirilir.

7. Haklarınız. KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca şu haklara sahipsiniz:

• Verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme ve işlenmişse bilgi talep etme.
• İşlenme amacını ve verilerin amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme.
• Verilerinizin yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme.
• Eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş verilerin düzeltilmesini isteme.
• 7. maddedeki şartlar çerçevesinde verilerin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme.
• Düzeltme, silme veya yok etme işlemlerinin verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme.
• Münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle yapılan analiz sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuç çıkmasına itiraz etme.
• Kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız halinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme.

1. Data controller. Your personal data are processed by MARTCODE YAPAY ZEKA YAZILIM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("ONLINEKURUM") as the data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). 2. Data processed.

• Your identity and contact details: first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number.
• The name of your institution.
• Your appointment details: the service you chose, the date and time of the appointment, the meeting link.
• Transaction security details: your IP address and a record of the moment you confirmed that you had read this notice.
• Cookies that are strictly necessary for the form to work; see the Cookie Policy.

3. Purposes.

• Creating, confirming, changing and cancelling your appointment.
• Sending appointment e-mails and the calendar invitation, and creating the video meeting link.
• Following up your request and running the quotation process after the presentation or meeting.
• Ensuring information security and proving that this notice was given.

4. Collection method and legal grounds. Your data are collected electronically through this form. They are processed on the following grounds of Article 5(2) of the KVKK:

• Point (c): processing is directly related to the conclusion of a contract (the appointment, presentation and quotation process).
• Point (e): processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (transaction records).
• Point (f): our legitimate interests, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (information security and following up your request).

Your explicit consent is not requested for these purposes. Confirming that you have read this notice is not a declaration of consent.

5. Transfers.

• Your appointment and the meeting link are processed on the systems of Google (Google Workspace), which provides our calendar and video meeting services. This is a transfer abroad and is made in accordance with the safeguards in Article 9 of the KVKK.
• Your data are stored on the servers of our hosting provider in Türkiye.
• Where the law requires it, your data may be shared with authorised public authorities.

Apart from these, your data are not transferred to third parties.

6. Retention. Your data are kept for as long as the processing purposes require and the legislation prescribes. At the end of that period they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights. Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:

• learn whether your data are processed and, if so, request information about it;
• learn the purpose of the processing and whether your data are used in line with it;
• know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data are transferred;
• request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
• request the deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions of Article 7;
• request that any correction, deletion or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom your data were transferred;
• object to a result against you that arises from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems;
• claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.
